Ushna Shah’s Thoughts Win Hearts

Ushna Shah is a powerful, gifted, outspoken woman who doesn’t hesitate to call a spade a spade. She constantly expresses her opinions on international politics and current events, as well as her criticisms of perceived injustices in her own field. Known for her outstanding performances in dramas such as Alif, Allah Aur Insaan, and Balaa, Ushna is one of the leading ladies in the industry. She also disclosed one issue that she wishes our dramas to immediately change. Ushna stated that the main theme of our dramas is preserving one’s home, or avoiding divorce. She stated that although improving a marriage is important, it shouldn’t be the main theme of the presentation. She is married herself and hopes that her marriage last until the day she passes away.

She disclosed that her mother had raised her and her sisters while working three jobs following her divorce. She exerted every effort to provide a happy life for her kids. Therefore, having a divorce shouldn’t be viewed negatively. Marriages, she continued, are significant but they do not create a lady.
